29/100: Strike it Lucky

Part of my 100 Day Project — a daily painting challenge that I started back in January. Each piece is painted alla prima, or ‘wet-on-wet’ method, in a single session with little to no re-working. For me, the goal was simple: dedicate a finite amount of time to finish at least one every day. And when I missed some here and there, to show back up and keep going! This challenge has been equal parts discipline and liberation.
